Granny Weezie's Famous Cheese Ball
It is not the holidays without Grandma's cheese ball. I make it so much! I love it.

2 lg cream cheeses (honestly, I've only ever seen one size..)
1 jar Craft Old English Cheese Spread
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp onion juice (I don't even know what onion juice is, I use onion powder.)
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp parsley
1 Tbsp salad dressing

Grandma rolls her cheese ball in nuts, but I like it just the way it is. Once I added bacon and that was pretty good.

The easiest way to set the cheese ball is to cover the inside of a bowl (the size you want your cheese ball) with plastic wrap and then smash the cream mixture inside it. Super easy to shape that way. I refrigerate it still smashed inside the bowl and then when I get it out I just take the wrap off the top of the bowl, dump it upside down where I need it, and pull the rest of the wrap off. Ta-da!

Home Made Baby Wipes
Not your typical recipe, but I LOVE THIS ONE! I use it so much!

Use Bounty paper towels, they work best.

Cut the paper towel roll in half with a serrated  knife. Remove center cardboard. I place my halved paper towel roll in a round ice cream bucket. It works great. And I have found that if my paper towel roll is a little too tall that it squishes down just fine. But it does need to go into some container to keep the wipes wet.

On the stove bring to boil:
2 cups water
2 Tbsp baby oil
2 Tbsp baby bath

It doesn't have to boil for very long, just stir it a little bit and make sure it's hot when you poor it over the paper towels. Put the lid on your container as soon as you poor all of the hot liquid over the paper towels. Let cool off and then wipe all the bums to your hearts content.
