SUmMeR!!

Spencer got out of school earlier than I did. So for a couple of weeks it was just Kadee and Daddy. I would get at least one adorable picture each day while I was teaching. They started off the summer well.

Then it was my turn to have fun with Kadee while Daddy was working.

We really enjoy the days when we are all together!

Starting to Crawl

Slowly but surely Kadee has figured out crawling. Once she did though, she sure took off. Now we have to keep a closer eye on her.

First Easter for Kadee

Kadee's first Easter wasn't all that thrilling. We didn't even let her look at the eggs, let alone color them. We waited until she was asleep for that. But we took her for a walk to feed the ducks. That's kind of an Easter thing to do, right? We went to feed the ducks but the crazy geese have no fear. At all.
No candy for us this year since Kadee's too small to have any and it's not so great for me either. We still enjoyed ourselves though. And we have our own Easter tradition started for our family where we get something to read. Kadee loves books!

We let Kadee fall asleep after that and THEN we did our egg coloring.

Spencer has to explain his eggs. They are all drug reactions...

HAPPY EASTER!

Spring Break Trip!

Lucky us! Grandpa Allen and Grandma Carrie flew us home to visit for Spring Break! Kadee did a great job on the airplane and we were spoiled. The plane we took from Denver to Vernal was super small. It was an 8 passenger plane and I liked that one more than the big one.

So much fun at Grandma's with cousin Carmen!

We also made a visit to Grandma Carrie in the library at Union. And we stopped by the Principal's office as well to see Grandpa Bertoch. My Dad had a great time taking Kadee all round the high school to show off his cute grand baby.
