Hastening The Work

There has been a big deal made about missionary work lately. So I've decided to make a big deal about our missionaries that we have out.

Elder Aaron Wallace left to serve in the Brazil, Goiania Mission on January 23rd, 2013.
ELDER WALLACEHere is a snippet from Aaron's email sent on July 1, 2013:
"I was a little sad to leave Barra do Garças. Well, a lot sad. Thiago and Erika got married, I got to sign the Marriage contract! haha. It was pretty cool, Less than an hour to sign the paper, trade rings, and then everybody went home and will party later. Erika was baptized. Thiago baptized her. When the elders met thiago he had been inactive since being a deacon, living with his spouse. He started to come back on his own, AND brought Erika with him. He was ordained a priest after the wedding so he could baptize her. I won't forget them!"
Aaron is doing well and has just been transferred to Uberlandia.

Elder Jayde Bertoch left to serve in the California, San Fernando mission on June 5th, 2013. And now a snippet of Jayde's email sent on July 1, 2013:
"Our meeting was so good! We had our 1 week follow up training and a zone conference. Obedience was stressed because there are quite a few missionaries that struggle with that out here. Some aren't here for the right reasons. But President Hall is a great leader. He is very inspired and powerful. He prophesied to us that if we would covenant with our Heavenly Father that we will do all we can to be exactly obedient we will see mighty miracles. Even moving mountains. The Spirit was so strong when he promised us this. I know that he is led by the Spirit and carrying out Heavenly Father's will for this mission. I love learning from him."

These missionaries are both doing great things and we are proud of them! :)
